Simply upload your photos on the product page, choose the style you prefer, and complete checkout. Our artists will begin creating your 3D model immediately.

2. What kind of photos should I upload?

Clear, front-facing photos with good lighting work best. You can also upload side profiles or full-body images for better accuracy.

3. How long does it take to receive my figure?

Processing time is usually 7–15 business days, including design, 3D printing, hand-finishing, and quality checks.
Shipping time varies by location.

4. Can I request revisions?

Yes. Before printing, you’ll receive a preview (if you selected the preview option). You can request minor adjustments for free.

5. What are the materials used?

We use high-resolution resin, premium paints, and professional finishing to ensure durability, smooth color, and lifelike details.

6. Do you accept returns?

Because our figures are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days, and we’ll resolve it for you.
